A joint event between ELATT and Thames21, we will be undertaking a foreshore walk from Poplar Rowing Club to Kelson Beach. We will meet at Poplar Rowing Club, E14 3DT and make our way along the foreshore from there.

Wellbeing walks in nature help play an important walk in connecting people with their local public spaces and establishing a sense of belonging in new communities. Enjoy a panoramic view of the Thames on the foreshore at low tide, taking in the sights and sounds all around.
