Dear Volunteer,&nbsp;Thank you for signing up to volunteer with us on Tuesday the 05/07/2022 at Bury Lodge Wetlands in Enfield. The meeting point will be the allotment car park, opposite the East end of Bury Lodge Wetlands, across the A10. There is a pedestrian crossing controlled by traffic lights but do be careful of the busy road! This is primarily a Balsam pulling event. To help us complete this task, volunteers will be putting on waders and venturing into the shallow water, but there may be other tasks to do on dry land, for people who don't want to go into the water. We aim to start at 11.00am and finish by 2.30pm. Please bring with you suitable/sturdy footwear. Please remember appropriate clothing for the weather conditions; sun tan lotion, a hat, and long sleeves are recommended. Please also bring with you some snacks, lunch and plenty of water. We hope to provide tea, coffee, and biscuits. Look forward to seeing you there :)
